Born on 1st April 1985 at Vijayawada in Andhra Pradesh and brought up in Mumbai. I am an introvert to many extrovert to few and a complete result oriented professional with goals to reach high in corporate ladder with knowledge I currently have and whatever I would gain in future. I have worked for over 2 yrs. in the Fashion Jewelry Industry, a mix of two months in Mutual Funds and fourteen months in Advertising Agency. Currently I am working in ITES sector a company which offers webcast and Video conferencing solutions to large corporate for their media and communication initiatives.
First Job:
I started working from the age of 15. My first job apart from my father’s business was with Sanghvi Exports where I started as Diamond Sorter. This was a part time job along with my college.
Studies:
I did my schooling in St. Sebastian Goan High School located at Girgaum, Mumbai whwere i completed SSC in the year 2000. Then I joined Bharda Junior College, CST, Mumbai for HSC batch 2002. Then I joined A. P. College of Commerce and Economics where I completed graduation in 2005.
After Graduation:
I Joined my father’s business of Imitation Jewelry until 2007 when I thought of doing something on my own so joined K. C. College of Management Studies to gain more knowledge on Marketing and Finance. I completed my Post graduation in 2009. I don’t know what I learnt there but I could surely say that I became smarter after studying there and saw many sides of human nature and smartness and learnt to tackle and enjoy. I can now proudly say that I can do things with loads of confident towards my efforts and have a die hard attitude towards the work I do.
Corporate Experience:
It was a pleasure being a part of Suresh Rathi Securities Ltd. as Management Trainee for 2 month during Post Graduation. I learnt a lot from Mr. Lalit Mundra i.e; Discipline, Punctuality, Assertiveness, Positive Attitude, etc….
First Job after Post-Graduation:
Then I joined GreenHat Communications which was a start-up company into advertising world where I contributed towards Client Servicing and New Business Development. I gained thorough knowledge into Print Media and hands on experience on working with Photoshop, Corel Draw, Illustrator, and various designing software like Adobe Premier, etc…
I worked here for 10 months and moved on to find something more challenging and exciting…..
Short Stint with Second Job:
Post Graduate students are well known by corporate for jumping and dumping companies like playing football. In this job with Better Communications, I was unable to prove them wrong where I have to leave the job within 5months.
Here I understood why employers give us a chance to ask questions. Before joining a company it is extremely important to ask as many questions as we can to understand whether we are a fit to the organization or whether organization is a good fit for us. No Regrets it was my mistake.
Job No. 3:
So after learning a lot from Industry I am currently happily working with 24 Frames Digital a company which offers webcast and video conferencing services. It’s Business Development and client servicing profile but, a good atmosphere to work in and learn a lot about cold calling and pitching and serving clients on time.
From last 6 month developing Bangalore as a market to serve clients.
